Easter is almost here. This is one of the biggest days for the church. Not only do we celebrate the bedrock of our faith, the resurrection of Jesus, but we get to share it with the world!
I am praying that God will move in a powerful way not just in our church, but across the globe. In fact, I’m taking most of this day to fast and pray for the harvest in our church.
I want to challenge each of you who attend Crossroads to consider fasting at least 1 meal between now and Easter weekend. Take 15-30 minutes out of your day to ask God to move on our behalf. We will have hundreds of people in our church who may not have a relationship with Christ.
The Gospel will be preached and I firmly believe that God will draw people to Himself. You can invite them here.
My confidence in not in my ability, but rather God’s Word!
Romans 1:16 – I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile.
As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater,
11 so is my word that goes out from my mouth:
It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
Get excited church!! Bring as many friends as you can who don’t know Jesus. Pray and expect God to move in their lives.
